Your serve motion looks really jerky...
You also pause at the back scratch position for a REALLY long time. Instead of using that long jerky windup on your serve, maybe you should start out with tapping it over the net?

I agree very jerky motion.

And i wouldn't stand horizontally when making a serve. Its hard to make a powerful shot when you are oriented lower then the net. As in this case it means you are forced to turn your serve into a lob. However a making vertical shot into the sky this is a great strategy to disrupt the concentration and rythm of your opponent.

Swing motion looks fine, but your body needs to move into the court maybe two feet or so, to get more motion on your serve.
