These are the clear plastic bags that you use to wrap a racket after you string them up. They say Head and "Please string responsibly' on them. I have about 20 to give away I think. So I am thinking 1st place gets 15 and 2nd place gets 5 or so.

What do you not understand by the fact that the kid never refunded Zaps money. If the kid/seller refunds zaps money then zap can pay back the credit card peeps and then send the racket back. As far as the kid/seller is concerned he has the money for a racquet he sold. therefore he does not get the racket back. That part of the transaction never took place.

Zap bought something expecting to own what was advertised. When the item came not as described I guess he invoked buyer protection and got some of the money back. But not from the kid. How hard is that to understand.

You really need to get clue bro.
