I recieve the Oncourt-Offcourt catalog through the mail and the following products intrigued me, and I wonder if anyone here has had experience using them.

and the Flex Trainer (similar to another product that uses bungie cords to keep your knees bent but much cheaper) for $60 but isnt on there online catalog yet
