Any specific pre game meals?
Don't stress out. As for meals just have a good meal 1-2 hours before your match so you have some energy. Don't think too much and play how you would in practice.

pasta gives good carbohydrates which can be helpful, and protein such as beef or chicken can be good because they can provide energy

Warm up really well. I sometimes make the mistake of sitting down for too long before a match and then I usually start slowly and feel really sluggish. And eat and drink well too.
its hard for me to not get stressed out in a week so any tips on that would be good for me and bobblaine

I'm always nervous on the morning of the match. Just try not to think about the match at all until maybe the night before.
its not just that. i get angry during the week and because i dont have much to do i think back to the stage when i was angry which when i go out to hit effects my game because i take it all out on court for some reason. I lost 6-0 to a kid that i should of beaten really easily so yeah........and yes i was a little stressed.

Yeah I always get physced out when I have to play against someone I know I should beat.
and the kid was the age of my little brother so yeah it got on my nerves so much.

You think about it too much. Dont think about winning the whole match, just the point you are playing. Think about having fun too, not the winning which makes you try too hard.
true thanks for the advice.

Just get ready, check your bag and remember to have fun.

I just relax, eat a protein bar or something to give me a jolt, drink lots of water, and then focus on being as loose and energetic as I can be in the warm-up (not Nadal energetic, a lot looser, like Federer with more movement).

Just relax and try not to think about it. Hydrate properly and when game time comes, just go out and have fun.
