Hi there

Well i know what i'm doing wrong but i dont know a way to fix it. My shoulders open up to early on my forehand so my body is facing (diagnoly spelling?) when im hitting to the court straight ahead. I put my left hand on the racket in my takeback so that's not the problem. What are some ways i could conciously keep my shoulders closed longer on open stanced forehands?

You should have your shoulders at a 45 degree angle, with your back facing the net.

Best of luck,
