NorCal Ranking Updates?

Is there any sort of pattern to the updates of the rankings? Because sometimes they update in like 2 weeks and sometimes its over a month..

I think it's usually once near the end of the month, and once near the middle. But often it's shifted by weeks at a time, for no good reason. The best I can tell is that it's still done manually by a person, and it's whenever that person gets around to it...

It was updated on January 26, 2009. You just need to set the year to "2009" on the pull down date.

hmm im assuming that a lot of the time they wait till important tourneys are done, considering excellence just finished...
