Could somebody please tell me what a hawiian grip is? Any pictures? And on what bevels would you put your index knuckle and palm??

Hawaiian is basically a flipped continental forehand.

This is partially true, but you have to consider the way that the hand grabs the handle as well.

a hawiian grip is a grip that you should not use. don't use it, don't even think about it.
