I'd have to say
MORE SPIN = Definitely Cyberflash
MORE CONTROL = Cyberflash
MORE POWER = toss-up
MORE FEEL = Definitely Cyberflash

although you did not ask for it, tension maintenance= SPPP. it was specifically designed for that, and maybe just that.

BOTH strings have pretty high stiffness range, higher than premier ace. and when i used premier ace i had a really hard time with my elbows(but first time using poly) i strung it up at 64 lbs. and i litterally died! i currently use BG/gosen micro at 64/63, so do you think i could use cyberflash or sppp at 64 lbs full?
oh and another questions
what is the benefit of string the crosses higher or lower?

for anything besides poly, stringing crosses usually stops string movement, but string movement isn't a factor in polys. I would say one cause for stringing crosses higher or lower would be to alter the stiffness of the stringbend without drastically altering the power of the racquet.

SPIN- CF
CONTROL- CF
POWER- CF
FEEL- SPPP
TM- SPPP
But I have not tried the 16g for either. This is based on my 17 and 17L experiences, and they were a while ago.

Spin-draw
Control-CF
Power-CF
Feel-SPPP
TM-SPPP
I used to use SPPP but switched to CF because it is so much cheaper. The main difference is that SPPP plays softer and CF is crisper.
