I know that when you string a racket, there will inevitably be some tension loss but what exactly causes it to lose tension more soon after it's strung? Is it the machine or the stringing techniques? And if it's the stringing techniques what can I do to avoid such tension loss?

There are many bad techniques that could lead to tension loss, but tension loss is going to happen regardless of the stringer's skill.

Two tips to avoid tension loss are making sure your clamps aren't slipping and being sure to tighten your knots properly.

OK, thanks for the tips!
