Squeak!

Hmm... It seems like both of my pairs of shoes have began to squeak as a walk. I have Barricade IIs and some Reebok running shoe. The Barricades began squeaking the 3rd time i played with them (last year) and the Reeboks just randomly began last week. It's really annoying to me, so I'm here to try and find a solution to the squeaking. The squeaking is like a squishy noise coming from the heel area whenever I step.

Anyway, is this possible to fix?

My son had the same problem with basketball shoes. Was advised to put baby powder in shoes. Can't say why but it worked>
