No, I've never seen it unfortunately - would certainly like to have one though. :)

Got the pic to work at last - you have to extract the image url from the html code in the "Embed Image" box in Picasa.

BTW I do wish more people would post photos this size or thereabouts - some threads I just have to give up on because of the huge image size. They just take too long to download and I absolutely HATE having to scroll sideways!

Did it really? I thought that anti-vibration whatsit at the throat was meant to stop all that?

OK, I guess I'll have to take mine for a spin. I'd better wait until my elbow (tweaked in Sydney three months ago) is better though!

Have just noticed that the racquet has PWS type bumps at 1.30, 2.30, 9.30 and 10.30 instead of the usual 3 and 9, quite strange:)

shock and vibration are no longer an issue. I am guessing that the anti shock anti vibration jargon that all 80's racquet companies spewed gleefully was an answer to consumers having played aluminum and steel frames up until that point...I have been cutting down and currently am fighting racquet addiction with about 80 or so frames. I am quite certain that well over 40 of them have some shock or anti vibration pop science crap written on them, it's even more entertaining when they skimp on translators and the english is nonsensical or broken!!!! someone should do a thread on pws clones...these seem placed in an in"genius" position...sorry

I was in NZ visiting relatives around '91 or so and it seemed like every second person I saw on a court was using a FIN. I went back a few years later, and there were none to be seen anywhere!

Unfortunately, yes. Due to several Murphy's Law events the owner, Barry Todd, was forced to pull the plug.
Barry has been the sole person responsible for the fact that the whole world can now buy composite tennis gear for peanuts. Back in the 1980's he convinced every major manufacturer to move production to Taiwan, making rackets much more affordable. After Fin went bankrupt he was asked to design rackets for the Swiss Deesse company. Nice looking and well playing beauties.
