It's on Sky Sports in the UK. Don't know about anywhere else - the tournament website will be definitive.

It looks like TTC and FSN will be offering coverage in the US...

FSN is allowing its member stations to pick & choose what they will show. Last year I didn't get much love from the Comcast controlled branch in Southeastern PA.
