it says 'Greg Rusedski' on it for 3 reasons
1. he likes saying and reading his name
C. he often forgets his name, and having it on his wrist serves as a reminder
4. it's says 'don't forget to serve and volley' because he otherwise would forget

i used to think it was some kind runners watch, but evidently its a wrist device to eliminate "shock" from hitting the ball.

Sounds like that wrist-strap w/ shock dampner/device has some mercury material inside. Seen golfers using this device.

It's for acupuncture purposes. Read it on BBC sports.

Wore one of those last year. Kind of like a heatsink for shock, absorbed all the feel out of the racquet.

It is the Pro Grip wrist device made by Columbia. It is a wrist supporter. Rusedski began wearing it after wrist surgery. It is actually used for bowling. I have about 20 of them in different colors. I tried one on just for novelty and I will never go back. They help me juice up my serve, adding more pop.
