Greetings everybody!

Just a quick note to let you guys know about this week's episode of the Essential Tennis Podcast, #56.

http://www.essentialtennis.com/podcast/

Our topic of the week was playing left handed opponents. During the show we discuss:

Why many players struggle against south paws
The strengths and weaknesses of most left handed players
What strategies are best to use against a lefty

Will Hamilton of Fuzzy Yellow Balls was my guest on the show, as well as a regular contributor Jason Cole. Together the three of us had a great round table discussion.

Hopefully it's enjoyable for all of you!

Listening now. One of my buddies is a lefty, so this should be interesting.

Edit: I agree that Lefties and Righties have the same advantages over each other, but Righties aren't used to playing against the Lefties, whereas the Lefty sees Righties all the time.

My Lefty buddy actually has a better backhand than his forehand. He trained his backhand side because righties usually go that way. So when I play him, I have to force myself to actually play him like he's a Righty... kinda weird, huh?
