Its about 10 months old, and has been strung four times. My brother(we are both starting varsity high school players, and he uses the same racquet I do) was practicing yesterday, and towards the end, noticed a crack in the upper right hand corner of the frame by the 2nd or 3rd cross from the top. Does that make sense? I will post pictures tonight, but i was just wondering if this has either happened to others, or it is just due to wear and tear. The racquet has been dropped several times, but never on purpose, and he has never throw it or anything like that. If you have questions, fire away. Again, I will post pics tonight-thanks for your imput.

if you bought it from an authorized dealer, you can still get the warranty on it since it hasn't been over a year yet.

I got two DNX10MP that I got from an ATP/futures tour pro. The racqs were probably strung gazillion times as he played with these for a very long time. And I am sure he dropped these sticks million times as well as he got them for free. But no cracks on my sticks, cosmetics still solid as well.
Though I didnt really spend too much time w/ these sticks.

Can I ask, what strings and at what tension do you play with these?

I heard low tension is the way to go...

It has been strung with Volkl Power Fibre twice at 57 lbs, then X-One Biphase at 57lbs, and recently Gosen Syn gut(not sure exactly what)in the crosses at 58 and Kevlar in the mains at 56.

Had to give the racquet back to the rep. we bought it from, and he said he could honor the 1 yr. warrenty. But I believe the racquet was discontinued, so i am not sure what we'll get in return. I advised my brother to call Volkl, and see what they can do.
