HI have 2 of these Wilson rackets but they are second hand and I would like to know which version it is. They say "braided construction exclusively manufactured by Chiao TA" does that mean Taiwan? If so how desirable is it, and would I notice a difference between this and a St Vincent?

One racket has the code GCT and a black buttcap - the other has a white buttcap with GJT on it, is one better than the other?

I think I am most crazy of Lendl, cannot show my staffs, too many to remove from Muay pressure and temperature controlled top shelf plasma-vault racquet unit, my friend. Maybe MP (Muay Poster) talk about St.Vincent Mold Chiao Ta that I show??? Same shape (mold) as St. Vincent (Mae Muay Staff...original number one!!!) Now everyone know; Plasma left his heart in Thailand!!!! much love to all Thai people, bye!!!

sorry, I had too much lox (smoked salmon) on my bagel and cream cheese today, it makes me very "ferklempt"(emotional). To get this train back on track: I believe the model you have (uniquely identified by its capital "P" and lower case "ro" capital "S" lower case "taff";is the only Asian model with the St. Vincent mold, although I may be mistaken. Not amazingly rare or valuable, per se.

I'm getting a used St. Vincent in a week or so from now.

Plasma, when was the last time you came to Thailand? Please let me know whenever you're coming again.

I love this quote of yours:

please no-one come to Siam for full moon party or to take off clothing and make Plasma and old hradworking Thai woman cry. Plasma love Thailand, not filth and stupid angry evil people, such ***** we can all find anywhere....

The women here are being sex exploited and, in return, the farangs (foreigners) who look upon these girls as sex tools are being used by the girls as walking ATM machines. But still, in the end, when things go apart, the girls will be "thrown back" to their villages to live in the dumps again. And, without education, they'll have nothing to make a decent living other than selling their bodies again.

And the vicious circle continues ...

Thanks, Plasma, for instilling some decent thoughts about Thailand.

st. vincent has best feel of any Prostaff by far, be careful of high tensions though, it can actually hurt the arm like no other racquet on earth....
no more talk of politics I promise, but scenes like this are disgusting and have to stop!:

Thanks m8 - yeah you nailed it, thats exactly how the word pro staff is set out on the frame. Cheers.

Also something else I noticed on the graphic- after ProStaff 6.0 it says si which I never noticed before. I assume thats swing index.

plasma

exactly, higher swing indexes are for longer loopier strokes and indicate a more flexible racquet

me too, growing up playing high level tennis all my life; picking up the st. vincenta recently for several months was the only racquet that hurt, it was a sweet love affair though, we had great times and heartache both; glad I dumped my intense sensitive heavy sweet island girl for a lighter Chinese model, less intense, less weighted down, more laid back and upbeat...
