One of the local second hand shops has three Prince Longbody Michael Chang Graphite MidPlus rackets. One is 8/10 the other two are NOS pre-strung hangtag plastic on handle. Grip sizes 4, 3, 2, respectively. All priced at $19.99.

I was thinking of picking one up.

I think it's what Olivier Rochus uses/used to use:

The price??

Well, what's holding me back is:

1. I need another racket like I need a hole in the head
2. The price in the sense that I shouldn't be spending money on something I don't need
3. If I were to buy with the intent to resell, I'm not convinced there is enough of a demand to make it worth it
4. If I were to buy and I like the racket, there aren't many frames like it

In thinking about it, $20 is a great price for a quality racket in any form, especially ones that have never been used.

I'm just over-thinking at this point.

#2 is good reason - why spend on something that is not need?

Hell, get them all. Resell them on e-bay w/low starting price, and let it build up...

You'll be surprised how many people are looking for them on there...

I saw a starting bid of $.37, now at $1.97. ... still have 4 more days to go. no idea how high it can go.

With this one, it's hard to tell.

The oversize is the "Chang" racket. The midplus is a derivative.

I checked the completed listings on e-bay and the rackets that sold were like $25-$45 plus shipping. That's why I'm not convinced that reselling is the best case if I were to get these frames.

Someone's been trying to sell a titanium version of the MP for a while now, BIN of around $89-$99. No takers for a while.

^it's hard to make a living selling mechanizes via the bay or any other on-line sites unless.
