anybody have specs on this racket or have owned one , its supposed to weigh 12.3 ounces strung at 28inch the swingweight has to be massive !

The specs I have are 9.9 oz unstrung. I can also give you what the usrsa says: I believe these are strung specs:

weight-292 grams
