TW has Stanislas using the pro, but in Monte Carlo and even before that he seems to be using the midplus with the red throat....any thoughts?

I think he has a 16x19 string pattern so it must be the pro.

Not necessarily. It can always be a customized Prestige Midplus, or PT57E.

It was reported that the code in Wawrinka's racquet is TGK238.3. Why he does not have MG Prestige Pro cosmetics on his racquets I don't understand when his racquets have the 16x19 string pattern.

This has been discussed before and the conclusion was that somebody high up at Head is on crack.

He switched from a MP to a Pro at the beggining of the year.

I used to think he played with the Prestige Classic, but this photo clearly shows it's not a mid racquet.

Damn, the group of players still playing with the good old classic is getting slimmer and slimmer.

Too bad Safin is breaking his pile of Prestiges down everyday, they could be worth some good money in a few years:-)

He started using the Prestige Pro and then he beat Federer in straight sets. It was obviously a good choice to switch.

It's most likely a customized Prestige Midplus.

It's certainly not a customized midplus, unless you're talking about the actual frame. His current racquet has fewer strings/grommets.

Isn't the Pro frame pretty similar to the MP frame anyway, with the exception of the stringing pattern?
