I feel a little indecisive about my serve. About 5 months ago I hurt my knee and didn't want to stop playing. I could function but my service motion would hurt it so I modified it from this..

The issue is that my old serve had a nicer 2nd serve (I could hit heavier and more types of spin) but my new serve has a pretty good 2nd serve but more consistent and bigger 1st serve. I kinda think the new serve positives are better but I miss the heavy 2nd serves I could hit before.

Any thoughts?

If you choose not to explode into your serves with your legs, at least tumble into the court about 3' by leaning more forwards ......
Your swing seems rushed, but fine.
Maybe take some more time to set and prepare before you toss.
But don't more your lower body/legs BACKWARDS while you are trying to hit the ball forwards.

I personally the serve in your first vid seems better.
If your knee hurts, buy a knee brace. They help a lot.
Remember to get a good knee bend, and after your toss, your feet should not shift. That throws off your balance and your timing.
Starting out, stay planted on the ground and remember drop your rightshoulder
