Who would you rather see take the title.... Federer or Djokovic?

JeMar

Federer because it would complete his career and Novak's gonna have plenty of chances later.

Mick

andy murray because he's the underdog of the 4 top players.

Murray but he'll take Wimbledon so a QF exit here would do me for him.

Either Djokovic or Federer would do doesn't matter whoever deserves it will take it.

Except Nadal - if he won I'd throw up in my mouth a bit even though he is just a tennis player and has done nothing wrong

sorry guys :)

the odds are against him: if the seedings hold true, murray would have to beat the goat on clay and then the goat on all the other surfaces.

Outside of tennis, I would be concerned of what happened to Fed. I hope he is alright with losing. But I will always root against him in sports.

Federer because it would be more historic. However I don't think Fed can beat Djokovic on clay right now.

Hmm... I want Federer to complete the Grand Slam... And tie Pete's record! But I also want Djokovic to win the FO. They are both great clayers, I can't honesty say who I prefer to win it.
Let the better man win. I believe Djokovic is slightly better atm, so I'm going to vote for him.

You know, I used to enjoy Andy Murray's victories just because he was a kid from just up the road from me who hails from a small country with no tennis record to speak of, and had survived a heinous attack as a child - but from now on, every victory will be that extra bit sweeter because of the effect they will have on some of the bilious individuals posting on this thread. Your imagined wailiing and gnashing of teeth will be music to my ears.

Well done guys - you must be very proud of yourselves.

Welcome to the board Murray fans. Now you know what Nadal's fans and then Djokovic's fans had to go through to survive here over the years, among unruly hordes of Fed trolls.

I agree that some of the comments about Murray here were not appropriate and uncalled for, but there are some for Djokovic too. Just look at that pathetic loser Lsmkenpo.

Roger, of course. I had a dream that actually had Federer serving for the fourth set in the French final. Then I woke up...

Actually just a handful, but they spend all waking hours posting, and i suspect sleep-post as well ;-)

Hey, it's a valuable skill that takes a lot of sacrifices on our part to perfect. Give us some credit.

I wouldn't mind if Djokovic won either. I would be happy for him. Murray... would be a surprise. It just doesn't feel like he has paid his dues yet? Of course to get through his draw and win, he'll have played sublime tennis. My brother will not leave me alone if Roddick won. But I can take it.

if djokovic somehow makes it through the final and meets nadal there, i bet the re-match is going to take a lot longer than 4 hours (their last match in Madrid) to complete (since roland garros is best of 5 sets match)

You could be right, but at the same time I think Novak would be gassed by the 4th or 5th set.

Federer of course, I'd love to see him take it and complete the set.

Failing Fed, I'd quite like to see Monfils pull the impossible, the French deserve a homegrown champ someday.
