How often do pros change their racquet....?

While watching the French Open final this past weekend and watching Fed change racquets each game before new balls came out I started to wonder about this.

For example, what would be the lifecycle of Fed's racquets throughout the course of a 2 week long tournament? If he changes out sticks every 6 games, every match, what happens to the racquets after they've been used? Do they get re-strung and wrapped for their next match, or are they done for match use and go to the practice bag? I'm curious.

Anyone have any idea?

ya i dont know if i would really like that i would rather have 12 good rackets and string them myself with my strings and just take care of 12 rather than 60 lol i only have 2 rackets of the same kind im just saying if i was pro

There was a video someone posted of nadal's number one getting restrung and returned while he was using number two, then number two while he was on three and so on during a tournament while he was changing out between five sticks in a match.
