i can hit with the spin adequetly but i have a problem when i wanna hit with more pace if i cant hit thru without sailing it way long or just not having control unless i go back to a classic motion especially for my crosscourt forehand how do i fix this?

Also o n a side note when you hit a topspin serve do you use a wrist flick for the upward brushing or the whole arm or move your arm similarly to a ww forehand reason i ask my topspin serve is really inconsistent

I would not try to "flick the wrist" to execute a topspin serve. Any wrist actions should be minimal/moderate and passive. Do not actively try to employ wrist actions.

topspin serve u need wrist flick as well as brushing motion with the whole arm to get optimal spin

I find some similarity to the ww forehand. Think "up and across". (in the opposite direction, of course...)
