I practice regularly with a 15 yr old kid who plays the U16 superchamps...I'm curious what's the avg ntrp rating for these superchamp kids...He hits the ball hard and my arm feels sore hitting with him for 3o mins...:)

I'm a average/decent Louisiana 18s boys USTA player and I'm around a 4.0. So sounds like he would be up their.

Actually I think these kids are more like 4.5 or higher...I would put my money against any 4.0 usta players that think they can beat some of these super champ kids...

Super Champ 16s would give alot of 4.0/4.5s a run for their money. However due to athletic differences, they would lose a few matches too.
However, Super Champ 18s (especially top 50 within a strong state such as Texas, California, Florida, etc.) would cream most of this board (with a few exceptions of course).

I'd say 4.5.
I know a couple supers here in texas in boys 16s, and one of them have a huge serve with pretty good placement and good net and decent groundies.
Another one has a average speed serve with great variety and placement, and good net and great groundies but a weak backhand.
I also know a champ 18s, which is supposed to be the same level as a super 16s because of the age up rule, and he has a good everything but lacks consistency.
