Do you have to use your voucher online? Could I use it to buy some replacement nikes on TW?

I think you have to use it on Nike's webpage.

its worth the retail value of the shoes and must be used at niketown.com

im pretty sure the voucher is for how much you paid for the shoes (hence the proof of purchase/reciept you send in with the shoes)

and i believe you can use them in nike stores and outlets ontop of the nikestore online.

i dont think you can use them on TW

so far i have sent in one pair of BCII and am sending in a pair of BCI today :)

The voucher is for at least the retail price of the shoes, NOT what you paid for them. In the past they tack on an additional amount for shipping and tax, so for BFII's and BCI's (retail 110) the voucher was for 128. I am not sure if they are still doing this currently.

The voucher can only be used on nike.com, it can not be used in any nike retail store.

This is my experience from sending 5+ pairs back to them over the last couple years.
