Does anyone know any good exercises for improving footwork? When I play with high pace, I feel slugish on the court, out of position, and frequently hitting form an open stance. Since none of that happens at slower pace, I concluded that im just not moving fast enough, so I really want to work on my footwork speed.

Also, is there any remedy/prevention for a tense shoulder on a serve? When i start serving, my shoulder tenses up and it hurts to server hard, and only warms up in my 3rd of 4th service game...
