Do you ever wish you could play yourself (uh, no folks, not PLAY WITH YOURSELF) using two different racquets. This winter I have purchased two pairs of clearance racquets - a pair of Head Ti.Heat CZ racquets, and a pair of Head i.Tour racquets. So far I've only hit them against the wall in the garage (1" fireproof sheetrock - holds up better than I thought).
The Ti.Heat feels PERFECT at first moment. The thing rests in my hand as though it grew there. Easy swinging against the wall. Feels as though I will be able to get good action on the ball.
The i.Tour feels less comfortable at first moment. Balance feels a little off when just holding it. But here's the thing; the harder I hit, the better the i.Tour feels over the Ti.Heat.
I guess I'll just have to get them to the court and really check them both out.
Man, winter gets to be a long time here in New England.
