Hi, I was wondering what it would take to get a Head sponsorship. I would also like to know what you get with it. I am ranked 37 in my section as of the lastest rankings, but I have never played a national. Thanks

i think for the package you must be 25 but you can always try...

I got my head at ranked at i think 8. I think if you get 30 they will let you in. I went to www.head.com and found contact us. Then i called the nearest head dealer by me and bought the package! I got 3 racquets a bag a shirt a hat and a stencil oh and 36 head extreme soft overgrips :) good luck!

OK thanks for the help! Do u guys think I should apply now just for the hell of it? I mean even if I get denied I can apply again when my ranking goes up right?

You can do what you want, but with the economy going the way it is and the fact that you are 37(Close to 40) I don't think they will give it to you maybe if you were top 30.

No I understand I probably won't get it. I really mean to ask if I apply say right now and get denied, when my ranking goes up and I apply again will I have like a worse chance of being accepted or something?

You probably wont have a worse chance no. I would actually be surprised if you did have a worse chance anyways.

So many people apply for things like this there's no way they would ever remember you.

One last thing, on the application one thing u have to fill out it "Current Nat. Section". Does anyone know what that means?

You have a section rank, and then you have a National ranking. I don't know where to find it, but if i would have to guess probably on the ranking home page of the USTA website.

Well they sent me an email saying I got the sponsorship and they attached the application. And u fax or mail them the application its real easy.
