a VERY light racquet, HH, which is appropriate for begginers and intermediate level players. Strong and advanced players won't feel comfortable with it.

that isn't nessecarily, i'm one of the best high school players in my state, and i use it along with my microgel extreme, depending on the situation

I use this racquet and find it very comfortable. Came prestrung with Xcel Premium 16, probably right in the middle of its recommended tension limits.

I'm 5'7 and an intermediate. This racquet is really great for a faster swing but not brilliantly powerful since it's so light. It's also not great at the net. I think I'd prefer something a little more sturdy feeling if I were an S&V player.
