Does FlexLeague count toward your NTRP rating?

I'm getting ready to play in the new USTA FlexLeague. Does anyone know whether these results count toward your NTRP rating?

Flex results do not count towards your NTRP rating.

What is Flex league?

I guess it hasn't been rolled out everywhere, but you sign up as an individual to play singles or doubles at a certain NTRP level. Tennislink then pairs you up with opponents. You schedule matches with these people at your mutual convenience. I guess it's called "Flex" because there's more flexibility in the scheduling than with League play. It doesn't seem too different from a traditional club ladder.
