It's not fake...I think. It's just another one of those cheaper rackets under $50 I'd say judging by the 110 sq in head size and the racket bag.

yes it was under 50$ .....It's a decent racquet for a beginner.

I just wanted to find some official info on this exact model.

unfortunately, thru the years, the sting name has been downgraded to the entry level tennis racquet category. what you have here is an entry level racquet mainly for beginners or just casual hitters. that's the reason why there is very little information on it. from the looks of it, it's most likely an aluminum painted stick.

.....is this one fake.........it is made in china!

Most racquets you buy are made in china...

Because something is made in china doesnt mean it is a fake,
and it makes you seem arrogant to think so.

give the guy a break. he might be new to tennis and racquets, so it's a good learning experience.

I didn't want to sound arrogant...I really didn't.....

it's just that...in serbia....made in china is synonym for bad quality of product......
That is not true always!!! quality stuff is made in china too.
Me..I am new to tennis....like I said I got the racquet form my brother.....It served him good when he was a beginner :D
Can't tell if it's aluminum...it says graphite-titanium on tip.
It does seam prety well made! ....but I wouldn't know.....well made to me is crap to someone else :D
So....is this Sting or not......or is it just some random copy of random frame....with wilson logo on it.

There is no racquet that is not manufactured in China besides what Yonex produces. All racquets are produced in china everyone! There is no Ford of racquet manufacturers they produce them in China so they can pay lower wages, strip benefits and the taxes are lower there too. I've never seen an American made wilson since early 90's racquets. Those days are gone. Also, not all racquets with chinese charactering are Fakes! Most are destined for that country's region. And not to be sold outside of that country. If it is sold outside of that country in which it wasn't intended to be sold to it is considered a Grey Market item and that voids the warranty to it. Wilson doesn't make crappier racquets to sell to Indonesia and collect the good ones here, they sell the same batches to all countries, but DO make alterations with specs that might coincide with the "taste" of that demographic. Like how some asian models of the n90 and k90 were "light" version. I'm getting tired of people calling everything a fake when it's not.
