When playing tennis your arm which holds the racquet does most part of the job and is therefore better trained and stronger than the other arm. When I look in the mirror my right sholder (im right handed) is more muscled than my left shoulder. How to compensate (outside the court) for this?

I advise lifting weights, specifically with dumbbells. You can get strength improvement to the off arm by doing fewer repetitions, compared to swinging a racket, by using more weight.

I don't think an extreme muscular imbalance is healthy.
