Just wanted to get some more ideas on my technique - I been working on a few things with my serve and strokes and took these vids over the weekend. I'll also try to get some more stuff on tape (volleys, slices, a competitive set) on tape.

First thing obviously I need to address that front foot moving around on my serve - am I tossing the ball too high? should I just take a step back and let it move without worrying about foot faults? or just commit to keeping it steady through the motions?

Other then that I don't have too many ideas what to work on next technique wise - help!

That tossing arm isn't staying up.

AWESOME!

Played some sets today and was leaving my arm up for longer - was serving some hardcore bombs at something like 60-70% first in. In doubles it was suggested that we forgo my serving games since the other team was willing to forfeit them in advance to save time in third set. In singles I held at love or 15 every game - even if the opponent just blocked the ball it was an easy put away.

The unexpected part is that because the top of my body was more settled I've had a lot easier time balancing and keeping my front foot from moving around through the motion so I was bring in my rear foot in more (more pinnacle stance)

Lets see how it goes on Wednesday.

Good going, Anton! All that from keeping your arm up a little longer? Let me look for some more tweaks.

OK, I found another one. You have a hitch in your serve. You don't go into the trophy position. You keep your racquet around the middle of your body during the hitch. Examine it for yourself and you'll see. You have good pop in your serve, but you definitely don't serve in one fluid motion.

Thanks!

I'll re-tape my serve with the arm held longer and more pinnacle stance and racket take-back more up across the chest instead of circling it from facing down first - I think I'll be going for how Federer takes his racket back..though I may take it further and try to bring it straight up like Roddick.

Right now, your serve is closer to James Blake's form. Check out his serve and examine it for yourself.

Yep, I think mostly because he too circles the racket first downward then up - I don't think I want to get stuck with that.
