Hmmm, is it still the case that although he had cocaine in his blood stream he had kissed a girl who had taken it 7 times?
(do you remember how many times you kiss your other half?)
If this is still the case which is the most ridiculous arguement?

i dont get why iTF is dressing the freedom fighter cape against court's decision... but i see that everyday in the civil society! as if they are on a hunt for bans! disgusting!

What is harder to believe?

That Gasquet did not take cocaine or that he kissed a girl?

Maybe they know something we don't...Or maybe the ITF sees through his BS excuse.

Just leave Richard Gasquet alone, wtf. ITF needs to get over the fact that they didn't convict him.

If they appeal it, does it mean that Gasquet can't play until the appeal is resolved?

I'd like to know how the girl got cocaine on her lips. I thought they snorted it, or is this some new craze that hasn't quite caught on yet?

I've heard of some ways people use it via the mouth rather than the nose...

Exactly. The attorney that came up with this defense certainly earned their pay. Two birds, one stone. Beautiful.

I just googled it and apparently you can, but it's less effective that way.

Well, think about the ITF lawyers, they'll get more $$ this way, so why not advise to appeal?

the "girl" in question has a pending lawsuit on gasguet, if she wins it, then there will be grounds to reinstate the penalty because it would cast doubt over his explanation
