Is anybody else watching the Nestor/Zimonjic Robredo/Gonzalez match? Once one of the games went to deuce, they played out one point, and the game was over. They play without ads in doubles?

No ad scoring for doubles on the ATP tour. Been since 2006, I think.

This and the super tiebreak in the 3rd sets.

You didn't know about the changes to ATP doubles from a couple of years back? The men play no-add scoring, and a supertiebreak instead of a third set.

The WTA plays the regular format. That is why men should not get paid the same as women.

But the men play best out of 5 sets in grand slams, while women play best out of 3.

Doubles matches at ATP events follow these rules. Grand Slams are ITF events and they can make their own rules (in many cases). Since the slams don't agree on 5th set tiebreakers, I'm sure they don't agree on the doubles formats either.

It was supposedly to speed up doubles games so more singles players would get involved. That failed, however, according to Daniel nestor, it has helped him stay around the game longer

Yep, Wimbledon doubles is different from doubles at the other slams.
