I'm sure this has been asked 000's of times already..so forgive me.
Just been given a pair as a gift, I've found them pretty 'tough and inflexible' ..any tips other than living in them for a week?
Thx in advance

just use them, walk in them for short periods of time 15-20min, play some sets in them and they will break in soon enough

Yeah, the break in period is actually surprisingly short for the ballistecs... That's why I love them!

What kind of bonehead buys you a pair of shoes without knowing what kind of feet you have??
You can't choose your shoes, only your feet can do that...

You should just replace the in soles. If you goto footlocker you can find some good ones for 19.99

what's break in?

what's break in?
A burglary. But i digress.
Wear them everywhere except when you are taking a bath. But you'll be wearing out the soles wearing it everywhere and be left with very little court life when it's all good and broken in (not burglary).
So my advice: Be patient.

Took me forever to break them in. Just lots of playing in them . Very frustrating at first, but now I'm okay with them...haven't bought another pair since my test pair with the white/grey ones

Hmmm.....personally, I prefer shoes with zero break-in required like the Breathe Free II and Cage II. :)
