Can anyone recommend a replacement grip that gives you a nice cushiony feel that dampens vibrations to your arm/elbow? Also, one that is thicker would be great because my grip feels a little too small for me and I dont want to pile up the overgrips. Thanks

Try Babolat Syntec Grip. It's cushiony and elastic, so make sure you don't stretch it much when installing it. You'll get a nice cushiony feeling, but, like all thick and comfortable replacement grips, it compresses while it's used, so after a while it gets thinner.

+1 on the Wilson Cushionaire Sponge grip. It's the comfiest grip I've ever used.

Also +1 on posting this in the Other Equipment section.
