Did anyone ever tryed the Kirschbaum Competition String?(http://www.tenniswarehouse-europe.com/descpageACKIRSCHH-COMPK17.html).

Yesterday I hit with my coach racquet (Yonex RDS OO1) string with Kirschbaum Competition String and the power and spin is just awsome! He told me that a lot of guys down at the club (where Frederico Gil trains) use this string. Even Frederico' coach uses it!

I ordered a pair from Tennis Warehouse!

Yes, IMO it is the best string in the Kirshbaum line, it was developed specifically for claycourt specialists, the string provides a great bite on the ball, and holds tension well, remaining playable longer than most polys on the market.
A fabulous string for those looking for more control.

I use it as the mains in my hybrid. Love the string- I've had it in my racket for around 2 months, and only recently have I felt a need to cut it out. It helps that I have a sponsored friend that offers the string to me at a nicely reduced rate.

I use it full right now because I'm partially sponsored. Its okay, not great. Power and spin are there, but it either breaks or dies way to quickly for my liking. Also, it feels like a board to me, no feel at all. I'm gonna try it with touch multifibre in the mains for more feel. I use a head microgel prestige pro

I've heard a good deal about Kirschbaum strings, but haven't tried any out. Maybe this one will be it.

I met Frederico's coach yesterday, for the record. Cool guy. And Fredi's girlfriend is ridiculously hot, if that girl his coach was sitting with was indeed his girlfriend.

This poly has a little stretch to it, to get the best tension maintenance requires a little patience when stringing on a drop weight machine, if you take the time to allow it to stretch a little you will be rewarded with better and longer playability.
