yea i know its mostly your technique but some racquets are more "spin" friendly than others so i was just wondering which ones do you think are?

Babolat AeroPro Drive Cortex. Look for 16x19 string patterns. =]

Good idea for a thread, a doubt this has ever been asked.

Fischer racquets are low-power spin machines.

I second POG OS. POG Mid is good too.
But honestly, you don't need very open racket to create massive spin.

Yonex RDiS 100 MP generates massive spin.
And Hidious, your signature is nothing short of offensive and immature.

The YOUTEK Speed line is highly spin friendly. I used to be a flat hitter but have been able to easily add spin to my game with the 16x19 MP
p.s. @jazar: 7 i.prestige's?! That's a good investment... I'm extremely jealous

Whatever with open string pattern + good weight + proper technique.

In additional to what the poster above said, I'd also like to add poly strings, head light balance, and at least a midplus size head (95 sq. in +) - but really the focus should be on good technique
Although the traditional answer was always the AeroPro Drive, the best racquet I demoed for spin was the Gamma T-7. Even with the crappy strings on the demo - it still was producing almost as much topspin as my RDS 001 with poly and more than the AeroPro Drive Cortex that I demoed, while providing more control, more feel, and less power.
