Okay,
So i've got a pretty good forehand, topspin and everything, its not too powerful yet because I need to develop it more before I get the power. Anyways, when I don't hit the frame its a good shot, however, I seem to hit the frame a lot and it results in an huge unintentional lob. I was wondering what this was due to? is it me continuing to watch the ball all through my stroke?

Thanks again!

Chris.

I think it could be you not keeping your eyes on the ball the whole time. Also it could be timing and are you keeping your head still? I heard if it moves it messes up your balance since it weighs so much.

I'm not sure whether or not I'm keeping my head still. I'll try keeping my eye on the ball purposely, although I have tried it before and it feels weird.

have somebody watch you hit, make sure your head is still throughout the shot and make sure you see the blur of the ball and racquet meet
