Getting a set of this string in a day or two. Currently use a kirshbaum competition and syn gut hybrid string at 54/56 or a m2/syn gut hybrid strung at 53/60. Planning to use the fluoro in a hybrid with synthetic gut. Please advise on tensions for mains and crosses.

Says you should string 10% lower but I went from 60 to 58.

I string Lux at 63 pounds. It feels stiff after the first few hits but feels better and more powerful afterwards. Actually I should probably string it lower but 63 has usually been my magic number.

54 is most people's magic # for lux.

... Okay... Looks like tensions are all over the place.

Not quite willing to go with a full bed... wa too expensive.

If you string the full bed it will last a lot longer. When I use poly in the mains and a synthetic in the crosses, the poly would just saw through the synthetic. I get much more time out of a full bed of poly and time = money.
