Hey all, I'm looking at getting some new frames for the upcoming season. Currently use two Prince Hybrid Tour 95's... I like the style of frame, but figured I might try something new. As much as I'd love to get some Pro Frames, i.e. The Roddick pure drive, or the KPS88... I can't afford to buy 3x$200 frames... Obviously, I'll be demo'ing all of the frames before making a decision, but I figured I'd check here to see if there are any frames that some people love(or hate)... Thanks!

maybe try one of the radicals. I think the mircogels and the liquidmetals are pretty cheap right now.

what are you looking for in a new frame?

Well, I take big cuts at the ball, so I'm looking for control, and not a frame with a high power level. I hit heavy top spin, so it needs to be spin friendly. Looking for a lot of feel/comfort/control and reduced over-hitting (this is probably mostly my technique)... I've been good with the 95in^2 on my Hybrid Tours, so I really don't want to go over 98in^2. So that puts me into looking at heavier, control frames, which is fine, weight is not an issue. The hybrid tours are 16x 18, and I like that style, though I have no problem changing that

Try the Prince EXO3 Ignite. It has great spin! Also, it is not as powerful as the rating says. I switched from the Diablo to this and LOVE it! You can buy them used on TT for around $110.

definitely try the dnx10 mid. its a solid all around racquet without being too stiff or too flexy.

Try the yonex RDIS100, it's a player racquest. 93 sq.inch head, 27 inch long, swingweight is 312, 16x20 string pattern, great racquet.

I second this opinion. It's a sleeper you can get a good deal on and fits the bill coming from the frame you have now.

Wilson K Factor KPro Tour 96 is a good choice.

I moved to these from my speedport tour 97 and never looked back.

Kpro tour is a great setup and only costs $89.

Only thing Im thinking of possibly doing is adding a little lead in the head because they are very headlight racquets.
