Hi, i was just wondering which racket you think would be a better choice for me to get, the Dunlop AG 300 or AG 500. I am a better singles player than doubles player but i play more doubles than singles, in singles I am a counterpunching baseliner and in doubles i am trying to use more s and v in my game. I have a reasonable serve 1st serve 80-90mph 2cnd serve 60-70mph, my best shot is my forehand and i am trying to work on my volleys. Thanks NolemurraY.

Pick the Aerogel 300 (16x18 if you can still find one). Add some lead tape for stability.

If it has to be between these two, then go with the AG300. There's plenty of room for customization down the road too.

I am a similar player at the 4.5-5.0 level and started to play more doubles due to bad knees. I used the AG 300 (16x 19) for over two years and was very happy with it. However, I am also now looking at the Youtek radical midplus. Any thoughts on a comparison between the two is appreciated.

I think either will get the job done. My wife (2.0) and a regular hitting partner (strong 4.5) both use the AG500 with great results. I regularly use an AG 300 4D (leaded).

500 is more powerful and stiffer, which I like less.
