New to the boards. But a long time player...

Old school, 35y.o......

Have tried everything in the last few years, and found my Holy Grail in the Ag100...

Anyone else in the same boat? Is it just me, or is the Ag100 for the old guys that want the buttery feel but a toned down weight?

I have loved it strait out of the box, and stock is perfect for me... I also string at 48lbs...

I'm like the OP in that I'm 35 years old and old school in my strokes. I really like the AG100 but with 12 grams of lead in the head and grip. The feel is buttery similar to the Kennex Redondo but with more power and spin. The open string pattern sets it apart from the Head and Kennex frames in the same category. I will demo the upcoming 4D Aerogel 100 but have reservations on how good it will compare to the AG100.

I played it and it was a flimsy toy. Does anyone play it unleaded? Just curious.

AG100 is the "easiest" frame to play with among the mid size. I don't think it's the "best" mid size, but I do think it is really easy.

Yeah I will also have a look at the 4DAG100. But I am happy with this version, so will be stocking up..

Well looking at your sig. It looks like you need a oversized lawn umbrella to play with. So I am not surprised you couldnt hit with a 90inch frame.. :-?

Oh I am happy with the Ag100 stock.. May tweek it at some stage..

So far in my experience this is the easiest 90 sq.in. racket out in the market and I like it in stock also, strung it with Dunlop max touch (x-life) at 50/52, I like the sound of it plus could not believe the response....it's almost magical with this stick....

I agree. It's the easiest-to-play 90" stick out there and outperforms almost all sticks in several key areas.

"Magical" is how I felt about it from the first time I hit with it. It was so quick and did so many things so well.

A remarkable design. :D8)

Well I have only played with 90inch frames. Demoed a lot of 95's and 98's, but could never get used to them.. So the head size wasn't what got me.. It was the feel of the frame. But that may also have to do with the strings I use and the tention I like... But still just a nicely weighted and balanced frame out of the bag in my opinion.. Cant say enough about it. As my recent posts would suggest..
