It is supposed to be 320grams unstrung, it is 312.... annoying, i use heavy frames, total 355grams strung, which means i would have to lead it anyway but still annoying!!! :( specs says 320g+-7grams ha ha...

8 /320 = 2.5%, not sure I'll be able to realize that out of specs.
Yes, that would irritate me. One of my Pro's came 5g light and it bothered me then I decided to use the differential to customize to my specs ;)

My KPS weight 12.7, 12.9 and 13.1 ounces stock. That's a variance of 11 grams. Their variance is -/+ 0.4 oz so I should be able to find a 12.5 oz in theory.
You can call TW and ask them to find you one at spec with their matching service.

I'd pick Wilson but I can't remember any frame of theirs with unstrung weight 320...
