I assume it is every year just prior to the tournament. Do they shut down the whole place in July for repaving?

I think they shut down the courts sometime in late June for re-surfacing. Otherwise, you can play on the outer courts for $30/hr. Used to be $15/hr.
For $30/hr, I'd prefer to play on the Grandstand court, but I guess I'd have to sneak on there....
