Honestly? It sounds like those BS flyers and brochures you find in sandwich shops where you "enter to win" a free cruise and everyone who puts their name in miraculously wins.

All you have to do is pay a nominal "port fee" and "taxes" and a few other small fees to the tune of $400 - $1000.

I'd bet money that if you "enter" to win - you'll get a call of congratulations...

I meant the cruise itself, not the sweepstakes. That is pretty much useless.

The first Tennis Cruise event, Sony Ericsson Open Tennis Cruise, just completed. Check out the testimonials and pictures, including the pictures of tennis playing on the ship.

They show one court on the boat. It's a multi-sport surface court with a portable net.

I'd only go if the could guarantee at least 6 players at 3.5 or higher....

The sports court was converted into a tennis practice court. Drills were run just about every morning with pros using a Playmate Tennis ball machine. Tennis was also played in Miami, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman.

There were at least 25 players of 3.5 and higher.

As for the age comments. While the average age was over 50, there was a 16 year old participant.

But since when is tennis a game just for young people. Many twenty somethings have been beaten by players fifty and over.
