My son is playing in the Central Div III ITA tournament today and tomorrow and the draws were posted last night. Here is the link: http://bearsports.wustl.edu/releases/2009ITARegional.html
4 singles draws are posted and one St. Louis Collegiate draw. My son's coach took 4 players from his team and they are slotted in draw 1, 2, 3 & the St. Louis Collegiate draw. (No one in draw 4.) In looking at the draws I see some teams have more then one player in each draw (especially Washington U. & Kenyon). I don't understand this tournament or how the draws are organized and the website doesn't explain it anywhere that I can find. I txted my son last night but all he replied back was the 1-4 draws weren't the normal draws and he didn't say what the 'collegiate draw' was. I didn't want to bug him anymore - his match was early today, so can anyone explain this better? Much appreciated if you can. This is very exciting for him (and me) just to get picked by his coach to go to the tourny no matter how they place. Thanks.
