Hey guys, I got a pretty serious issue.
Sometimes when I step into the ball, i kinda arch my back backwards and end up opening up my entire body, so that when I hit the ball it sails long. This really frustrates me and i'm trying to fix it by getting to the ball early, but i always end up either late,REALLy early so that i embarass myself or I miss altogether. What can I do to fix this?
