I am looking for a table top crank machine with fixed clamps for around $400. All of the eagnas machines are Super cheap, i am just wondering are they cheaply made? Or are the Legit?

Their cranks are a good buy. :)
Well the quality is a little bit less than what you get from other bigger name brands. It is certainly serviceable though, and can produce as good a string job as a comparable machine.
I think the main thing is not to expect a perfect machine from them. You will probably need to make a few minor repairs during the machines lifetime, but if you are a bit handy it should not be a big issue. If you go into it with the understanding that you get what you pay for and are willing to deal with an issue here and there, I think you'll enjoy the machine and be able to appreciate saving the money. If you're a picky person and want to buy something that will never have a problem, I don't think I'd go with Eagnas.

I owned a used 940 and it was a solid machine. If you plan on doing consistent amount of rackets (5 to 10 a week), I would suggest upgrading to the spring assisted base clamps. Otherwise the cone lock clamps will suffice for a once a week stringing.
I think the Combo 810 is what you are looking for.
